Our WIPLA Board of Directors is comprised of creative and business professionals who are dedicated to artistic excellence, organizational transparency, servant leadership, and respect for our fellow cultural workers.
WIPLA does not have a traditional hierarchical board structure; rather, we opted for a co-directorship leadership model early on. Our decision was based largely on Ed Morrison's "Strategic Doing" network model for organizations.
